You will learn proper storage, cutting techniques, and how to pair flavors to make your food really impress. All recipes are included for the dishes that are prepared and shared. Cooking with Summer Herbs
This is the first step to becoming confident in the kitchen. Learn the basics of how to select, store, and care for your knives as well as these cutting techniques:
- Dice and slice onions with no tears
- Seed and julienne bell peppers
- Roll-cut and Japanese matchstick for carrots and parsnips
